Policies
- Rates are based on double occupancy, except in our very large Double
Queens where we can accommodate: additional adult at $30.00 per person/night
and children (age 6-16) at $10.00 per child/night.
- Regrettably, the Inn is not able to accommodate very small children
under 6 years of age for health and safety reasons.
- Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to date of arrival are fully
refunded, cancellations of less than 14 days are non-refundable.
- All rates are subject to change and to Massachusettts sales tax
(5.7%) and Falmouth local tax (4%).
- A minimum night stay on some weekends and holidays may be
required.
